Xpedition ADV5 Bed Packout System NEW!

New Release – 12/16/25. This fabricated Packout base for the Polaris Xpedition installs with zero modifications, replacing factory M6 Torx bolts with longer M6x100mm hardware and 2.75″ spacers while retaining factory D-rings. Designed to clear bed mat protectors, it supports full or compact Packout box configurations and includes mounting holes for a Go Rhino off-road hydraulic pump jack. Fabricated to order; allow 2 weeks for raw finish or 4 weeks for powder-coated units.
1/8″ thick aluminum, fabricated to order. Allow 2 weeks for raw, 4 weeks for powdercoated.

The fabricated Packout base installs with zero modifications.
It simply replaces the factory M6 Torx bolts with longer M6x100mm bolts and 2.75″ spacers. (You can still use factory D-rings too!)
This clears any additional bed mat protector you may have in place as well. (See pics)
Also includes bolt holes to mount your Go Rhino offroad hydraulic pump jack! (See pics).
Allows for the use of any combination of full or compact Packout boxes.
