Polaris RZR 900XP DOT Glass Windshield Kit!

New product released 5/13/21!

This windshield frame was designed specifically using a TMW Offroad custom cage which includes an upper light bar as shown.  Frame has reliefs to go around light bar brackets.

Main windshield frame is Laser cut and machined 3/16″ Aluminum.

Cage clamps are laser cut & formed 3/16″ aluminum.

Stainless steel installation hardware and high density foam padding (protect cage from scratches, rattling) will be provided.

Being that the cage has a rectangular window frame, this should fit just about any setup.

You will be required to review the dimensional drawing (.pdf attached), and advise any changes you need before production.

We will sell as:

1. Frame and cage clamps only, raw aluminum.
2. Frame and cage clamps only, powdercoated white or various black options.
3. Frame and cage clamps with DOT glass windshield installed (Raw or Powdercoated).
4. Option to add vent cover plates (hardware included)

You will be responsible for installing your manual or 12V windshield wiper setup.  (manual wiper shown in pics, just requires drilling a 1/2″ hole)

You will be responsible for installing side mirrors if you desire them (Example, I will be drilling/tapping M10-1.25 holes into the cage clamps to mount my Assault Mirrors)

You may need to modify clamps based on your door clamp setup.  This can easily be done with an angle grinder, for example, to make reliefs around the base area.
