Installs into any Ford truck with quick latch bed side system as shown. (see dimensional print in gallery pics, this may fit many Ford trucks)

Installs with factory torx screws without any modification.  Depending on how you want to mount it, you may need a couple washers to space our mount away from your OEM latch bracket.
