We begin with a Richardson Unisex 112 Trucker Adjustable Snapback Cap. These hats are just the best fit we have found.
The JDS CUSTOMS Logo pictured, is 1/4″ x 2″. You can modify this size below or customize by uploading a picture of your desired logo! (JDS CUSTOMS will be standard)
We have found you can read the above size from about 8′ away to give you an idea.
The 18ga stainless emblem is contoured, then attached to the hat via rivets.
The backside is flush, and behind the sweat band. You cannot feel them.
