Laser cut and CNC formed mild steel that will come heavy duty texture black powder coated.
You will reuse the (4) factory TORX bolts on the floor, we provide hardware for the slider assembly.

I installed the Milwaukee Packout slider system from JDS Customs in the back of my 2011 Jeep Wrangler JKU Rubicon, and it has been one of the most useful upgrades I’ve added to the Jeep. The biggest benefit is being able to slide my Packout boxes out to the tailgate instead of climbing into the cargo area to reach tools or gear. It makes grabbing tools on the trail, organizing recovery gear, or setting up for camping much easier. The build quality is excellent—very solid steel construction with a nice powder-coat finish—and it feels extremely durable with no rattles or flex even when loaded with heavy Packout boxes. Installation was straightforward since it mounts to the factory cargo bolts, so no drilling was required. The slider operates smoothly and keeps everything secure while driving or off-road. If you run Milwaukee Packout boxes and own a JK or JKU, this is a great setup to keep your gear organized and easily accessible. Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality and functionality and would definitely recommend it to other Jeep owners looking for a clean and practical storage solution.
